Well, it did rain today - and even when the rain cleared up, the air was so damp that my gun would probably have misfired two times out of three. Black powder absorbs moisture readily, after all, and it was so very wet that I was condensed upon when I stood on my porch. Perhaps next Sunday Justin will knock off early from work and we can go out to the river with his cousin.
