I voted.  Paper ballot, #2 pencil, big box with a slot in it to put the ballot in when I was done.  Filled it out at a card table with posterboard folded around it to make a booth.  Didn't even get a sticker when I was done.  It reminded me of voting for class president and student council in high school.  I'm kind of annoyed about the sticker.  People who did early voting  in the downtown precinct got stickers that say "I voted!"  I wanted one.

The weather is really nice today.  It's like 55 or 60, so I can wear a scarf and my jacket.  This is what I'm talking about.  I hope it actually stays cool this time instead of running back up to 80 in two days like it did last time it got cooler, a few weeks ago.

A paper ballot with a No. 2 pencil! Wow, seems so...quaint. But it does have the advantage over electronic voting machines of leaving a paper trail in case there are any controversies.

Would you be annoyed if I mentioned that I voted early, was offered a sticker, and declined?

But it has the disadvantage of being in pencil. My ideal ballot would be paper and marker.
