Justin just headed home for the night; I'm sitting up being a sneezle. Every few minutes, KCHOO. I think I'm ok, and KCHOO. I am the sneezle, ook ook ka-CHOO.
We went to Tyler on Wednesday to shoot a movie to send to my friend Sara in Connecticut. Thought of you. When we were on our way home on 31 there was an accident and traffic was backed up for at least a mile, and we had to flip a U and go back. We had no idea where we were going so we just took a right onto the first county road we saw and then took a right when that one dead-ended. It was a very small crappy road and there were a couple of guys riding horses on it. That was our adventure for the week.
Well, we were headed towards Kilgore, and probably at least ten miles out of Tyler proper, I forget how long we'd been on the road. We were past the porno drive-in (the Apache).
The movie is just to show her where I live now. We drove around filming landmarks and places we like to hang out, and when we got to Kilgore we did an East Texas Tourism Brochure type deal where I did my best announcer voice and explained about Kilgore's history and the oil boom.
that is really cool. :) isnt that the last working oil derrick? the one of 31? oh man the porno drive-in. i drove by and saw something bad once. i have been there too.
