Pet peeve: anonymous critics.  I'm not the fucking government, I can't get you in trouble for criticising me, and I like to think I'm capable of not getting irrationally angry over criticism either, so you have no legitimate reason to fear reprisal and the only explanation I can think of for criticising anonymously is because you're a douchebag.
