Jan. 29th, 2004 11:20 pmIn the Super One grocery store yesterday, we saw a fridge display of Coca-Cola that was marked "two for $1." Upon closer inspection it was revealed to be 20-ounce bottles of Diet Coke with Lime, a new innovation that I'd never so much as heard of before. For fifty cents we figured it was worth a swig.
ADVICE: Our assumption was wrong. Diet Coke with Lime is NOT GOOD. Even its possible use as an alcoholic mixer (I imagine Coke, Captain Morgan and a lime would be good) is ruined by its aspartame aftertaste. In fact, the entire thing is vaguely reminiscent of a household cleanser.
I bet it'd shine up the chrome on your bumper real nice, though.
