titusnowlI was asleep, dreaming - of all things - that Killick was berating me sotto voce about the state of my washroom while I fruitlessly attempted to work a sextant - when the power came back on.
Why'd that wake me up, you ask? Because my smoke alarm is wired into the wall, and when it came back on it beeped VERY LOUDLY just to announce that yes, it still worked.
