titusnowlLast night right at 10:00 somebody called and asked what time we closed. "Actually, ma'am, we're locking up the doors right now - we close at 10."
"I need you to stay open a few more minutes so I can have a package sent out FedEx tonight."
"I'm sorry, ma'am, but whether you brought your package in tonight or in the morning it would not go out until 5:00 tomorrow. We'll be opening at 7:00 tomorrow morning."
"Can't you make them pick it up tonight?"
How do you respond to that without saying "you dumbass" at the end of it?
