titusnowlJeeves is pretty much my role model for customer service. Ever-polite demeanor, constant semi-smile, no unnecessary chatter, agree (rather noncommitally) with whatever they say no matter how retarded it is, and secretly hate them.
Not that I think Jeeves secretly hates Wooster. Quite the opposite. I think Jeeves is quite fond of Wooster in exactly the way that one is quite fond of a puppy who gambols adorably but chews the furniture every time you let him in the house.
