Miranda! The girl worth moving to Ohio for. This is fairly dressed up for her (would you look at those pearls, I bet Terry bought them for her and refused to take them back); she's generally the more studious sort, and has had a professorial air since they met when she was a grad student.
Roderick! AKA Roddie, or Rowdy at times. The owner of the Vespa, and the one who got tossed over when Miranda entered stage left.
And speaking of getting tossed over, this is Kenneth - he of the misplaced sweatshirt and Old Spice. Sure, Mira and Terry have been divorced for years; sure, Terry's found someone new; but he will still never stop resenting poor Kenneth, who does not deserve it at all.
