We of course bought pirate stuff. I have a black t-shirt with a white and metallic (it looks like molten lead) skull and crossbones above the words "Dead Men Tell No Tells." Justin has a cute, silly red shirt with graphics on it that I can't really describe, but it's cute, and it says "A Pirate's Life For Me." And I have an antenna topper on the Jeep now (which Clay has named Jolly Roger - the truck, I mean, not the antenna topper); it's black, with a skull face and a red bandanna and a pirate hat. Wee for pirates.

We bought a 13" cast iron pan today, for cooking steaks (we also bought a 2lb sirloin, for cooking in it). I keep finding contradicting instructions for how to season the damn thing. Any advice?
