For the past several days (including twice in the past couple of hours), a computer with IP address 209.10.143.83 has been trying to access my port 6699.  My ZoneAlarm firewall has stopped it, but is there anything else I can or should do about it?

Good: It snowed out today!!!

Bad: I am miserable and sick and when I swallow it feels like stabbing in the throat and I feel weak and unbalanced (physically, not mentally).
