Do all Wiccans really and truly believe they can cast spells on people? I think it's only the... well, the stupid ones, for lack of a better word, who cast hexes and curses on people, because isn't it a major thing that what goes around comes around, and if you hurt someone it'll get back to you, right? But do all Wiccans believe in spell-casting?

Wiccans don't cast spells on people. Spell-casting is really a form of self-focus and has nothing to do with influencing other people. In fact, you cannot bend the will of another person. Spells are positive, much like prayer. If one was to cast a "curse" it would be really stupid, because wiccans believe that if you send out anything negative it comes back to you 3 times (or in some cases 7). Anyone going around claiming they are casting spells on people or curses is not a wiccan, just a pretender. The main credo of any wiccan is "Do as ye will, if it harm none."
