Do all Wiccans really and truly believe they can cast spells on people? I think it's only the... well, the stupid ones, for lack of a better word, who cast hexes and curses on people, because isn't it a major thing that what goes around comes around, and if you hurt someone it'll get back to you, right? But do all Wiccans believe in spell-casting?

1. I think that's pretty silly, too.
2. Christians don't generally believe that by praying they can cause other people to fall in love with them, or that by praying they can make God make the other person fall in a hole or die or get sick or something. Apparently neither do true Wiccans, but the person I was thinking of in the original post does.

2. No, but they believe praying can cure cancer, prevent accidents and cause their favored sports team to win a game. I don't see a big difference.
