I am so cold.  I have the thermostat set to 75 - I dursn't turn it any higher, my electricity costs too much as it is ($.10/kwh - is that a normal price?  All I know is i'm paying more than twice as much as I was in my last apartment, and this one's only half again as large).  I'm wearing triple-knit chenille "Spa" socks, a pair of fuzzy monsterfoot slippers, corduroy pants, a t-shirt, a sweater, and an Army jacket, and I'm still cold.  This is ridiculous.

Oh, and it's only like 40 outside.  It's TRULY ridiculous for me to be this cold when it's above freezing.
