YES
This beer, available in a four-pack of one-pint cans (with widget) brewed in and imported directly from England, pleases both eye and tongue. The packaging is bright yellow, with a very 1930s-British-looking black sans-serif text design and a logo of a barrel and two bees; the beer itself is a beautiful golden amber with a thick, foamy white head that lasts and lasts. The flavour is light and creamy, rather similar to the light taste of American beers but without the wateriness and nasty aftertaste endemic to so many of our native varieties.
Price: $7/4 pints
Rating: 4.5 stars*
Suggested pairings: Cold meat sandwiches, a game of darts
* Our scale for beer operates at 1-5, but technically it goes to 10. 1 is a glass of water. 10 is a glass of Macallan 25.
